Im not to sure on the motherboard also, you can get 800 MHz ram off of overclcokers for around £40 for 2gb, my firnd has them and the overclock over 1 GHz, its geil i think.

Also id look at a different heatsink, maybe a tuniq tower or artic freezer
 
I dont know if its bad or not, but id go for something that is reliable, and that you know wil perform well, like the gigabyte DS 3 boards or asus P5 boards
 
I would prefer Giagbyte much over Abit at the moment, also the Gigabyte P35 DS3 boards are some of the best overclockers and best bang for the buck.
 
what shall i upgrade next (next payday)

what i think i need to upgrade is:
nivedia 8800gts
4gb of ram
os (64bit probley vista)

Change Hitachi HDD to Seagate/ WD
GPU get 8800GT (from £150) if u have ££
and check ebuyer.com, they sometime cheaper and have £10 off with google checkout
