New build - advice wanted!

It's time for my gaming computer of seven years to be replaced. I've had a browse around and have come up with the following build - does anybody have any suggestions/advice. I'm trying to find a middle ground between good value, but also future proofing and performance.

Really? It came out in 2013, I wouldn't call it very old. And it will be a good match for his RX 480.

The build seems good, see if you can get the 7600k for 13 extra pounds and a Z270 board.

If you can bridge the same technology advancements between PSU and LCD then you might have some kind of slant point.

Designs haven't improved to a hugely substantial degree, there isn't anything wrong with that PSU other than some ripple at load that's still within ATX specs.
