New Build... any help...

Okay so here what my problem is... I need a new build with a 550) $ max... i can't go about 550 but i want this to include everything i need in the case... no OS... which is PSU, Coolor, RAM, HDD, CD drive, and Mobo... and anything else i might need in the case like GFX... any help please... i will be using this for mainly Multimedia, and Gaming.. but i made up my mind on getting a 4830-4850... TY...
 
4850, 4gb ddr2, 800mhz, e6000? mobo for that, raidmax smilodon case, 600W psu, 320gb hdd and a 30 dollar optic drive
