You have 2 sets of ram in there. One is dual channel and the other is triple channel. The motherboard only supports dual channel so you will have to delete the triple channel set.
 
On the memory, when you drop out the triple channel set make sure you upgrade the other set to 2 x 4 GB for a total of 8 GB of memory. I assume you have confirmed that the memory is compatible with your mobo.

I am not familiar at all with the brand of PSU you selected, but it costs more than one of the most popular enthusiast brands:

That is modular like the one you chose, you could save about $25 with the non-modular brand, depending on preferences:

Note that 750w should be plenty to add a second card or OC the first, but not to add a card and OC both and the CPU.

I have not kept up with the latest round of SSDs, but I think you can find better units than the Kingston series you selected form, although they will probably cost a little more. These articles might help:

PSU - Corsair AX would be better choice
Case - Do you really need to spend that much on case?
