A couple things.
Dump the 790i and get a 780i if you want sli or look at the x48 chipset
Get ddr2 memory
That will save you some money right there.

why get the 780i is it better for dual gtx 260? more space?.. one question if i get the 790i or the 780i since the gtx series gpu's ar hudge am i gona have room to install a sound card?

I'd get 780i as well, just because DDR3 isn't something you need right now.

Maybe start with one GTX 280 instead of going with SLi GTX 260's.

ok if i get the ASUS Rampage Extreme LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard would that be a good board? because i really want dual gtx 260's

Don't go for that, that will do crossfire I recomended it if you didn't go for sli.

the memory on that isnt very fast... but i could go dual gtx 260 on that and also put in a sound blaster extreame gamer sound card too?

Yep you can use two gtx260's and the sound card.

Well he can't use that RAM with the motherboard you recommended, as it only supports PC2-6400 (800MHz).

I would also go for the 780i, I do belive that is more of what your looking for and what you could utilize.
