New Build Crashes... Need Help!

Windows 7 constantly crashes on me (BSOD). Not sure if its hardware or software issue looking for some help.

I seem to have random windows crashes. My AVG tends to have issues when starting up. Saying Resident Shield is inactive or the firewall is turned off and they wont turn back on until I reboot. At the bottom I pasted an error report that I seem to be getting frequently, and I have attached my latest windows dump files...

One error is 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card).

The other three are 0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
This memory management error is usually hardware related.

(All definitions by auhma.org). Unfortunantly all four simply cited Windows OS drivers as the cause and OS drivers are usually too general to be of much diagnostic help. They point out that there is a problem but they themselves often don't lend information as to what the problem is.

The 0x50 did state within the file that there may be issues with your registry. A registry is nothing to fool around with and stay away from purported registry fixes.

* My best advaice is to look at your AVG. Something is wrong. Try completely uninstalling AVG (if they have a removal tool use it after the initial uninstall). Then reinstall it. Do you still get start-up issues or not?
 
So what steps should I take in resolving these memory issues and when you say there is an issue with the registry could this be a virus?
 
its most likly ur ram it happened the same thing to me but mine was because my 32 bit didnt support4gigs

How are you running 184 pin DDR 400 on a 240 pin DDR3 board:P.

Anyway it sounds like your having memory errors.
 
Correction my memory is... G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800). That other memory is from my old computer. So you all are telling me I should look into replacing the memory. Are there some things that I can do to make sure that the memory is the issue before I go to the trouble of replacing it? I have ran memtest86 and it come up this some errors after 1 pass, but I have no idea what I am looking at on that test screen. By the way windows memory test comes back saying it is ok. Thoughts?
 
Are they running at stock voltage and timming? Try with one stick at a time, then two, three then four. See if the errors pop up somewhere along the line. Might just have a bad stick.
 
Paged_fault and Memory_management point to the memory. i hope you handled it carefully when swapping it around pc's. it can't hurt to raise the ram and northbirdge voltage a bit too. and manually set the timings.
 
Linkin do yo have some advice/tips on raising the voltage as I have never done this before. I am currently running memtest86 on my memory sticks individually to see if I can root out the problem there. Ten passes on the first stick and everything is all good so I hope it is just a bad stick and not something to do with the mobo.
