New Build Extremly High Temps! need help

Hello I just finished off my new build yesterday, all went well except for I get a no HDD detected error but then it boots up fine, everytime.
So I started up the comp, installed drivers etc and then loaded up PC Probe II.
It was reading extremely high temps and blowing of the alarm for the NB.

Here are my Specs

Asus Rampage Extreme X48 Mobo
Intel Quad Q9550 CPU
ATI Radeon HD4870 1GB GPU
SATA II 500GB HDD
DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
Zalman 850w PSU
HD Creative Sound Card
Thermaltake Xaser VI Case
Xigamatek HDT-1283 red scorpion edition w/ AS5
Stock fanless NB cooler w/ AS5

Here are my temps according to PC Probe II and my Bios (at idle)

Vcore - 1.20v
+3.3 - 3.31v
+5 - 5.06v
+12 - 12.21v
DDR - 1.60v
SB1.05 1.06v
SB11.5 - 1.51v
CPUPLL - 1.50v
NB1.25 - 1.32v
Dram VTT - 0.80v
VTTCPU - 1.20v

CPU - 51 c
MB - 37 c
SB - 56 c
NB - 65 c
Power - 42 c

Like this is crazy! i'm not overclocking and its at idle, like I want a gaming computer but somehow I doubt I will be able to play my games very long before my comp shuts off

My North Bridge is giving me the most problems, its the one that comes up red and the alarm goes off.

So I was wondering if there was anyway to fix this. The NB cooler is an optional stock fanless one.
The case currently has "case" fans running, an intake from the front (lower) and exhaust at the top + top back. The top exhaust is blocked out by the PSU however.

Any help would be extremly appreciated. Even the CPU is running hot, would the NB being so hot make everything else hot, like i touched the ram and it almost burns my fingers, at Idle!
Also is there a possible chance that the BIOS is rading the temperatures wrong or something?

I have a few thermal sensor cables but I ditched the idea of installing them when I found out I didn't have a clue how to stick them to the components I wanted to Measure

So yeah help is really need,
Thanks

The temps in the BIOS are the same as in PC Probe II

The airflow is a problem but I doubt it could cause that much of a problem, could it?

There is a top mounted PSU that blocks out the Top exhaust fan. There is an intake fan at the bottom front, it blows air below the mobo and probably just sits there doing nothing. And the CPU Heatsink pulls air from the front of the case throught it only to go straight out of the case through an exhaust fan at the very other side of the heatsink. e.g. << FAN ex | CPU | FAN in <<

Also to mention, there are alot of wires and about 4 molex connections behind the mobo tray (removable)
