This is what I'm planning to put together and I just wanted to make sure everything is compatible together and will run Diablo III with no problems:

SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner SATA Model SH-222BB/BEBE - OEM

AZZA Orion 202 EVO Black / Red SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

HGST Deskstar E7K500 HDS725050KLA360 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive -Bare Drive

ASUS CROSSHAIRV-FORMULA-R AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard with 3-Way SLI/CrossFireX Support and UEFI BIOS

GIGABYTE GV-R657OC-1GI Radeon HD 6570 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 3.6GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4100WMGUSBX

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

This build should run me roughly $600.00 which is the budget I have for my new gaming pc.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Spend less on the motherboard and more on the graphics card. I'd replace the Crosshair with something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157281 and then get this graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908

I'd also forget about that case and get this instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129180&Tpk=antec 302

Not sure about the hard drive either, try to get one with 32MB or 64MB cache buffer, and Hitachi aren't the best brand for HDDs. Go for WD, Samsung or Seagate.

okay the motherboard link is a dead link??? and thanks for you quick response, I did want a better graphics card but didn't have the money left when I got to it on my list, off to make some changes,

OK forget the change of case then and see if you can afford the graphics card then. The link to the board is working for me... it's an ASRock 990FX Extreme3 I linked to, search it up on NewEgg, it costs $120. :)

You might like this as is, or at least might give you/someone ideas.
This says about $615 shipped but there are a couple instant promo's and a couple mir's.

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card (100314-3L )
+ FX 6100

GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
+ Memory

Might find a comparable ps for less, but after the mir and combo it's a good price for this Corsair.
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power ...

Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
+ Burner

Benny's list would destroy the one you originally posted. Nice find, Benny.

But besides the graphics card change, I would stay away from hitachi drives. The WD be posted would be excellent.
