for the mobo i would switch to the foxconn bloodrage since they are cheaper and are probably some of the best boards to oc on. and with the money you save on that i would upgrade to a 4890 or a gtx275.the ram seems like a good deal since its gonna be 75$ after mir. the hdd is good. heard many good things about them. i have the 900 and its good for circulation but it collects a hell of alot of dust. for the os why not just get vista 64 bit premium for 99$ and save 75$. and out of those 3 monitors the middle one is the best.

edit: you should also look at getting an aftermarket cpu cooler like the v8 or darknight.

Everything looks good, though as bcoffee20 said, I'd also recommend going for Vista 64-bit Home Premium instead of Ultimate simply because Ultimate doesn't really give anything additional that you need for regular use. And definitely look into the Radeon HD 4890. I am however not so sure about the advice of getting a Foxconn motherboard. Like ECS, they have a reputation of being cheap at the cost of quality, do however check out reviews and then make a decision.

EDIT: I checked some reviews quickly and the Foxconn Bloodrage seems to be quite good, though it's mainly aimed at those who want to overclock, as bcoffee20 pointed out. Here are two reviews.

If I were to get a HDD of that size I would get two of them and put them in a RAID 1 configuration. The reason for this is that in case you manage to fill up the HDD and it fails, you'll lose a lot. However with RAID 1 you can just replace the one that fails and all the content is copied to the new one from the backup HDD.
