New build for office

This will be used primarily in my office, which will be running 24/7.
Now, I am not sure whether I should get intel yet, but than I had good experience with past intels, so I'll give it a try, cause AMD do cost a lot less, and I do not plan on overclocking the cpu.
This pc is only for simple purposes, such as accounting, only running 1/2 programs at a time, and the programs are nothing demanding(basically like running microsoft word).
So far I was thinking:
cpu: e6600/i3560
Cooling: coolermaster hyper 212(or should I get something better, because this pc would run 24/7, althought not always underload).
PSU: just any 300-450 watt psu(suggest me some)
Mobo: this is where I need help
Ram: depends on mobo( at least 2 gig)
Os:will be running windows ultimate 32 bit
GPU: do I need one? or is there some sort of integrated graphics in the CPU or motherboardplease suggest if needed-just needed so I could display stuff on the monitor, nothing demanding at all)

How much are you looking to spend on each one? (I mean how much you actually want to spend, not a maximum that you'd rather avoid...we'll use all of any budget you give us)

Does that budget include windows/monitor/mouse/keyboard?

Oh sorry
The budget would be around 500-800
Monitor, keyboard, mouse, os is all taken care of
I am open for suggestion for AMD builds as well, since I dont plan on overclocking

That's a pretty good budget for something like this. :)

Should have asked before, but do you plan on upgrading it at all, or just running it until it's too slow to be useful anymore?

No upgrades, but at least looking for 3-4 yrs of lifetime cause this pc would be running 24/7(not always underload). Dont really need fancy stuff, but just a reliable fast pc (my budget was actually <600, but max I give it 800)

Well the best option would be to wait a couple of weeks and see what Sandy Bridge brings, but if you need to buy it right now, this'd be my pick.

It's a poor choice for gaming due to the low end GPU, but it'll be reliable, quiet, won't use a lot of power, and has enough RAM and processing power to stay "fast" for a long time.
