New Build Hardrive - MB issues

Greetings, I am new here with need of some help

I am building 4 computers for some family members who don't have computers so I wanted to surprised them with gifts. But I am having quite a problem.

MotherBoard: H81M-P33 MSI
HardDrive: Seagate ST500DM002
Processor: Intel G3020

I have done Installing all the components for each computer and now when I start them all I have the exact same problem. The install looks all good boots to bios no problem. Used Sata 6GB/s cable that came with the MotherBoard and used it to connect to the HD thats a 6GB/s hardrive.

I boot my computers and the harddrive makes a beep every 2 seconds for 1 minute straight then ceases. The hardrive seems to be rather quite I don't think its even starting.

I tried changing to IDE, I also tried all SATA ports but no help tried different power supply and still , what is going on !!! ???
 
Update:

I put each hard drive in different computers and I get the constant Beeping at 2 second intervals for 1 minute. Maybe i got 4 defective hard drives by some miracle of miracles?
 
Hard drives don't beep. It's probably your motherboards beeping telling you something is wrong.
 
Trust me when I say this it's the hard drive beeping I had the drive outside my case and it was coming ddirectly from drive I'm out of ideas
