how does it look?
which motherboard? (im leaning towards the first of the two)
im not sure about the memory....suggestions please.
id like the price to be closer to 800
i don't need any software or monitor or mouse etc

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P, the Asus mobo with same function should be Asus P5Q Pro

Video Card: Get a ATI4850/ 4870 instead. IMO GTX260 do not worth the money

HDD: Get one with 32Mb Cache

DVD Drive: Why going for retail version? those OEM version usually cheaper

RAM: 4 GB May be?
Thermal Phase: AC freezer 7 pro already have thermal compound pre-applied, you don't need extra. By the way AC MX-2 is the better thermal compound than AS5
 
good call on the retail dvd drive

for some reason I thought the heatsink didnt come with compound...not sure why. thats why i have you guys!

I thought that was a good price for the gtx 260

I agree with the memory upgrade as well
