total around 600 dollars. But the problem is I have 420W psu on my old broken computer. Would that be sufficient power for this system? Also, the power supply I have doesn't have sata power line. Do these parts that I have ordered come with the converter for sata power line? and at last, do all the parts compatible?

Compatibility all looks fine. As Nevakonaza said, upgrading you video card would be worthwhile if the system is primarily for gaming, even if you downgrade the CPU to an E6320 to afford it.

A decent quality 420W will be quite sufficient. Do you have any more info on yours, such as the brand and amperages on the +12V rail(s)?

It doesn't look like a molex to SATA power converter is included, but they are really cheap anyway:

ok. i face few more problems with my psu. It is 20A max for +12v, and it has 20pin, instead of 24pin power line for motherboard. Is it still ok to use? otherwise i will just buy a psu.

they make adapters that will convert it to 24 pin... here's a link...
