New build... keeps shutting down!!!!

Built this combo from newegg back in February 2015, and worked flawlessly for about 4 months, then the PSU fried itself because of dust bunnies. *My room is notorious for dust* Replaced the PSU with an Ultra HS650w PSU, and my PC ran fine for about 1 month then it started shutting itself off to where it only stayed on for aboutt 5 minutes then it would shut off.

After running memtest for 25hrs and leaving my PC off for about 2-3 days, it ran fine for about 2 weeks perfectly all while running games like BF4, GTA V, COD AW, etc...

Then just last night, it started shutting off again to where I can't get past the windows logo.
 
Well, you just can't keep using the system with it shutting down on you. How are the temps? You obviously now have an issue with the OS or bad hard drive. I'm assuming you are booting to the SSD? You will need to run a diagnostic on it. You can try removing the mechanical drives to make sure they are causing the issue as well.

The temps have always been fine! I disconnected all 3 drives including the optical drive and still the same thing, it shuts down. Purchased a new Ram module yesterday and it still shuts down. Dusted the hell out of my machine, including the removal of the GPU, CPU heatsink to dust them, and reapplied thermal paste and still shuts down.

Lo and behold, I fixed it!!!
I pulled out the gpu again and placed it in a different pci-express slot and it is now running solid without shutting down. Been playing BF4 with great temps, and no shut downs!!! HELLZ YEA!!!!!!!

Looks like I have a bad Motherboard because it started shutting down again after 2 days of running perfectly. Looks like I'll be purchasing another motherboard, I need one anyways...:(
 
So I purchased a new mobo (Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0) and it still shuts down.

Went and purchased a new psu (Corsair CX750M) and it now boots up fine.

The old psu was barely 1 month old, don't understand how it went bad so quick.
