ok i have built a new computer from scratch using these parts:
asus m2n-sli motherboard
amd phenom x4 processor
atx case
xpower gtx 580w psu
palit nvidia 9400gt super+ 1GB graphics card
WD 40gb hard drive
samsung sata hard drive 40gb (from a laptop)
after building all of this and adding windows vista 32 bit everything worked fine i installed the drivers for my graphics card and it was still ok but when i tried to install directx 9.c my screen went blue and the words not support came up on the screen a stay there and their is nothing i can do except turn it off and now when i turn my computer on i get the same thing until i restore my computer befor that point, the graphics card runs directx 10 so that isnt the problem
any help?
