New build...new budget

So after lots of wasted time picking out parts, my new budget is $300....its for a friend.
The only real requirement is that he can play wow maxed out. So this is what I've picked out so far.

TBH go with the first one if you can afford it, if not, the second.

NOTE: Both of these builds do not include an Operating System, you can either go with Linux (Free) or a Legitimate copy of Windows, running about $100.

Personally I think the build above is just fine, your only spending 300 so your parts are limited. However this may be just a tiny bit better, just because the 4850 is a better card than the 5670. I would also prefer a corsair power supply with more wattage and the final build comes out to 307.00 shipped.
