New build no post

Hey guys I've put a pc together and have ran into a problem I know what the problem is but a solution is a little hard. Motherboard is not full-size it's a gigabyte b450 aorus elite. When I turn it on the lights come on the fans spin but nothing else... When it's in it's case. If it's not in the case it works fine. Now I'm confident the problem is that the case cannot accommodate 1 of the motherboard mount points there is no hole to fit a mounting screw. So is there another possible solution to this other than drilling a hole in the motherboard tray?

You do have standoffs under the MB right. You're not just screwing the board to the case with the screws alone.

Yeah my guess is that there is a standoff issue somewhere. Don't put a standoff if you can't fit a screw there.
