Looks ok to me. Personally I would have saved the extra $30 for a DDR3/AM3 rig, but if you're cool with DDR2/AM2+, then the only problem I see is the PSU. You'll want a better one. The +12v rails on that, combined, are only rated for ~440W...and that's BEFORE you factor in efficiency, which is below 80%...not too good.

he did choose an am3 board. look at it again. my OCZ is awesome and half the weight of the computer.

^ That's not an AM3 board, it's an AM2+ board that's compatible with the current AM3 processors.
