Everything sounds right to me man. That's a great setup, only thing I would switch is the cooler to something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608003
Nothing against the other one but the Noctua you can trust for sure if you are going to OC your processor.

And mobo(seems to generally have better overall reviews, and better nb/sb/mosfet cooling, also has 8 sata vs 6. Just my opinion tho):

I would do some research and see how the motherboard you decide on purchasing handles 8GB of RAM. Many motherboards have stability issues with that much RAM installed. Although it sounds good to have soo much RAM, it can actually decrease performance in many situations. You may have to downclock it, increase voltage or loosen timings for stability. 4GB is enough RAM for even the most extreme gamer.

I would not recommend Vista Home Basic 32bit or 64bit. I think you'll be much more pleased in the future if you use Vista Home Premium 64bit. You will thank yourself later

8 gigs of RAM seems like a bit overkill, you really only need 4, but its ultimately up to you.
