I recently did the below build the system was running fine got single start up beep and all was well, temps were fine etc.

Until today when i there is no longer any start up beeps at all and no graphics connection at all.

I am going to try a graphics card just to check the onboard graphics, but the total lack of start up beeps makes me think cpu, or perhaps motherboard.

MSI A75MA-P35 MOTHERBOARD
AMD LLANO A4-3400 2.7 GHZ
8GB KINGSTON HYPER BLU DDR3 PC3-10700
AMD RADEON HD 6410D LLANO APU
640GB WESTERN DIGITAL SATA 2 HDD

Any opinions on whether it is cpu or motherboard ?

CPUs rarely go wrong, so I think if it's going to anything it's probably going to be your motherboard. You could try re-seating the CPU and RAM. Try different RAM combinations in different slots, it may be your RAM which is giving you issues.

Ram was first thing i removed vista kid was no change, i am going to try another psu tonight and test the current psu.

I agree the cpu is the most unlikely especially with a brand new build, although last time i had the exact same symptoms with an older system it was the cpu.

If the psu is faulty it could also explain no error beeps.

Just my luck, i have built countless system for customers never with any major issue built this one for a relative and it has problems. :(

I quote vista kid because I think he is correct. It may be your MOBO, MSI is not the best company. Try ASUS, ASRock or Gigabyte if you do not chose to use the 3 year Warranty.
