Hello, i Recently ordered a custom system and soon realised i may have ordered an insufficient PSU to power the set up. The system is as follows:

E6600 Intel Core Duo , Antec 900 - 600W , 19" Cibox C1905 Wide 5ms , 1 X Asus EN8800GTX 768MB Graphics Card , 250GB Sata 2 Hard Drive , 2048 DDR 2 800 MHz , Vista Premium & Disc , Generic Pc Option 550 Watt PSU , Asus P5N-E SLI

After ordered i noticed that is has the Generic Pc Option 550 Watt PSU while the Antec case as 600Watt written after it. 1stly if i mis understood and will be receiving and 550watt psu would it be sufficient, 2ndly what do you think i will be receiving lol.

Let me tell you something, most PSU's that comes with cases are piece of crap, they don't work or burn out your system i've seen it so many times, also the fact that they've lower specifications than a 150 or 200 watt lower psu from a recognized company.

Ok, Seem i need to upgrade my PSU, my choices are.
Coolermaster Extreme 600Watt which is £32 quid on top of current price
Coolermaster Igreen 600watt sli £48 more
or should i spend the money and go for a tagan 700watt dual engine PSU but it is £98...

Help would be fantastic.

I would recommend Antec or Seasonic, although the ones you chose would be adequate these brands are reliable.

What site are you ordering from?
