New Build Spec. - Any tips/suggestions/issues?

I'm buying the parts for a mates new build, have done one before but am no expert. Will these parts work together and is there anything you would change without incurring extra overall expense?

Usually people would reconmmend that you get a core 2 duo, but in your case and with your budget, I think you've made the right choice by going with an X2. However, do have a look into the "Black" editions if you're into overclocking, as they have unlocked multipliers.

The rest of your system looks pretty nice, however, I would suggest that you go with a name brand powersupply.
