New build still not working....somehow

I posted about this same issue a while back and tried everything suggested and still didn't fix it.

My problem is that whenever I'm doing something that is graphics intensive (gaming) my screen will have artifacts and the lower right portion of the screen will flicker and every once in a while I will get a blue screen and it will crash.

Things I have tried include (but are not necessarily limited to):

-Trying at least four versions of graphics drivers
- Replacing Graphics card and also trying it with one I know is good from another computer
- Updating bios (old mobo)
- Fresh install of windows on a different Hard Drive
- Different monitor
- Tried both PCIe slots
- Different power connectors
- Replaced MoBo
- Ran Memtest and got 0 errors

Other stuff:

- Windows 7 64 bit
- Nvidia GTX 460
- Corsair 600w PSU

The only thing left is the CPU but I don't know how it could cause this problem and I don't know how I could really be sure that that's the problem.

Any ideas? Am I doing it wrong?

Thanks

So it still happens with a new mobo and a different video card?

The only thing I see that you haven't done yet is replace the psu. Even though it is a corsair, they still go bad or are faulty.

yeah, still the exact same problem with the new mobo and video card.

If it is the psu would it specifically be the two 6-pin PCIe connectors or just the whole thing?

Any way of testing it to be sure?

You could try a psu tester to make sure the voltages are correct but thats not always the way to do it. Without a load on it. You don't know if the voltages or amps drop. I would just suggest to try a different psu, which would be the only thing left to do.

No, highly doubt its the cpu. I bet the psu is faulty when doing something demanding.

So I got my new antec earthwatts 750w PSU in the mail yesterday and set it up in my rig. Didn't do a thing.

just to make sure you know, I do have both of the 6 pin power cords connected on my graphics card. I have also checked temps at max load and nothing goes over 53c.

Any more ideas?
