new build system errors

I just put together a new system and keep getting errors at power up.

Got some error message like this:
i. “ … Express gate is not installed on your system or the installation is incomplete….”
ii. From P5Q Motherboard screen: “No hard disk is detected!”

From the BIOS, it detects both HDD. Do I need jumpers for my HDD?

I keep getting blue screens during and after Vista installation.
I ran memtest86 at 800MHz, found DIMM1 & DIMM2 are bad.
I am currently running on DIMM3 & DIMM4.

I am wondering what to do next if I get more errors. Thanks.

I just tested out OCZ 512MB DDR2-PC2 6400 with my mobo, and it gave errors too.

I am wondering if it's my mobo is bad??

I tested out my 2GB of RAM OCZ on another system and it gave me no errors.

Should I RMA my mobo from Newegg?
