New Build take 2/BSOD Please help

So I got my new MOBO and CPU, got it all put back together, It worked great for about 5 days, using only a few hours a day.....Then, BSOD.....

The error was a system_service_exception ...

I had not downloaded any new software or added hardware.....

I tried to update all of the drivers that I could....I could not find a driver for my HD....Not sure if there is one or not....

Where do I go from here...Don't want to goto best buy and buy a prebuild, then have a $800 paperweight....

turn off the PC and clear the BIOS, once it's done turn it on with just one RAM at a time see if the RAM is faulty, also check HD status, unlikely but not impossible for them to be a reason for this.

there won't be any driver for HD, Just for the SATA/PATA controller.
 
Is also goes to blue screen without even being on the computer if that helps at all......

I will try the memory thing.....How to you do a HD check?
