New Build - Thoughts

Hi, I am buying another computer (not to replace my current) on a very small budget, this is a no-frills system, basically for basic stuff, nothing that needs anything great.
Here is what I have come up with:

Celeron D 326 - http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/93132/rb/21720009484
512mb Kingston Value Ram - http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/64188
Asus Motherboard - http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/113956

I chose the motherboard because it has everything integrated (VGA, Wifi, etc.) but it has PCI-e x16 for upgradeability, along with Core2duo suport.

Also i don't need HDD, Optical, and case will just be a cheap one.

Has anyone got any thoughts on that? To me it seems Ok for a budget system, and the wifi, remote and "digital home" features of the motherboard seem good

At the moment it comes to a total of about £130, and i don't really want to spend any more

Thanks, Lee

yeh, that is part of the point of it, I am hoping that in the future i can use it as my main system, put some far better components into it, but keep the motherboard, also when I come to upgrade my graphics card, my old one will fit into that, which means one odesn't go wasted, and i don't have the hassle of selling it

Basically to mess about on, trying out linux etc. Also i do a lot of PHP and MySQL stuff, so I would like to have a dedicated development server, so that I can take some of the load off my computer. So really just something to mess about on, hence the really low budget
