New build won't boot?

There's no visual. Computer doesn't beep when it boots up. I took
everything out except the motherboard, CPU, and ram - doesn't
show a boot screen.

Is it a dead motherboard/cpu?
 
Take the board out of the case and try to boot it. There may be something on the case shorting the board.

Also, try to boot with just one stick of RAM in the first required DIMM.
 
Also, try resetting cmos(switch jumper for 2-3min), i have had a few boards not boot but cleared cmos and they worked fine.

Sounds like one of your memory modules might be bad then, but after you set your timings and voltages try adding the other stick back in. If it dont boot... run memtest86 on each stick seperately.

I tried booting with each stick separately. One works. The other,
it won't boot. And when I put the two in together, no boot.

Ok, if you put in one stick and it doesnt boot that stick there is an issue with that stick of memory. Recourse would be an rma..
