New Build wont load windows

When my new build starts up, I can see the hard drive listed but windows goes to install after a few minutes it says windows did not detect a hard drive f3 to exit.

I see it listed as the pc starts, also dont see any response out of the floppy drive either. I have double checked all the conections.

The board is a ASUS, Hard Drive is a WD Sata 250.
any help would be great appreciated
 
Try the following

During the start of the windows installation Press F6 when it says "if you need to install a third party SCSI or RAID driver". Then install the SATA drivers for your harddrive from a floppy drive. you can usually get the drivers from the maker of your haddrive website.

I can not get my floppy drive to do anything, the system is setting up my DVD drive as drive a:
