New Build Wont Start

Ya that is what I'm gonna do when I get home from school. A lot of people on the newegg reviews say that the drivers are all messed up. But any reason for the really, really long load times in Quake 4?? Im going to re-install the game and add the patches this time so hopefully that will help.
