gpu isnt too big of a deal, its going to be mainly for video editing so it doesnt need to be too overboard, but psu is good thing to change thanks and i liked the corsair combo
 
at least go with a 6770, basically the same card and price, but 6 is cooler than 5 :P although that mir does make that 5770 look like the better choice, and like he said, no rosewill/roadkill, most cases are combo'd with windows so may want to check for that or look at another like the cooler master haf series or rosewill destroyer or storm or scout all look nice too.

i would rec to drop the wd black and get a samsung f3, no need for a expensive fast hdd and a ssd, and the f3 is plenty fast enough for you

and i didn't see a psu in the list.

obviously i'm going to protest the psu, but i will say it should work fine as long as you keep the power needs under 600w, otherwise you might end up killing everything, but i also have no knowledge of the quality of the upper end psus as they have some priced up with like corsair and all, idk if they actually perform though.
 
well im building this rig for a friend of mine, i personally have the corsair 650 and it performs very well for what i use it for. I was just trying to save him money instead of throwing down a ton for this rig. i might be able to convince him to go corsair
