If you're set on the Antec case, get the 900 V2. Actually has cable management and is a more modern case:

Besides that, looks good. Don't forget the $20 off on your PSU, making it $85. And then you can get a rebate for $15, making it $70.

You don't need a 750 watt psu for that build. A good 550 watt unit will suffice.

I would also change the intel motherboard to a gigabyte, better specs.

I would normally agree, but that TX750 is a great deal right now, and I've gotten 2 for 2 for corsair rebates, so basically its $70.

Oh, and to the OP, any reason for windows 7 professional? The only difference is bitlocker and a couple of business networking features.

yeah i just grabbed the first windows i saw, still working on XP so thanks, also besides it being a good deal, its for in the future if i want to crossfire or upgrade i have some extra watts to play with and won't need to get a new one.

and with the rebate and all the other things you guys suggested, its a bit better and now is 985 instead of 1230, thanks a lot.

Yeah, windows 7 home premium 64-bit is all you need.
