A retail Motherboard will come with connectors for the drives.

What's your budget?

[KingKrahl]

i plan on keeping it below $2.5k for the tower but i am gonna wait for a little while before i build it cause i want to get windows7 and DX11

I would go with a Core i7 build with that kind of budget.
