Alright Here's all the specs first of all: Motherboad: Biostar TS720 (Socket AM2+)
CPU: AMD Phenom Triple Core
Ram: 4gigs of Patriot Memory (timing 5-5-5-15) (4- 1 gig sticks)
Graphics card: XFX 8800GT Superclocked

Alright...anyway...Put it all together today, went into bios, made sure everything was good as far as memory timing and everything...

Set boot sequence to CD Rom drive...and saved everything and reset.

Alright, I get to the Windows setup screen and that goes good, when it gets ready to go the screen where it asks what drive to format and all, it's giving me the blue screen of death telling me to make sure I have sufficient physical memory and crap....

WHAT THE HELL??

Anyone have any idea as to what the deal is here??

Do you mean a TF720 ?

Could be a RAM issue(dodgy module) try installing just one stick and see what happens then if all is well, add the others and see if you get the same issue. (just an idea) ;)

How about installing in pairs- DDRII works better in pairs, I only suggested a single module to help eliminate a dodgy RAM module(I assumed you tried all four sticks individually)

I'll have to try that tomorrow...I'm done wiht it for the night...I'm aggrivated....

It's reading all the memory and all...I don't understand why anything would be wrong with any of it...

This is the exact ram i have.

This is the MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138117

Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103254

Me and my friend don't think it's the RAM...we think it's the motherboard. The MOBO BIOS settigns aren't saving (why, we have NO idea) and also, the motherboard reads whatever ram it wants to...sometimes giving dumb readouts like for example sometimes it will read 1 gig sometimes 2 some times stuff like 1345MB...so I'm sending the MOBO back for a new one.

We tested the RAM in my sisters computer and hers reads all 4 gigs right off the bat...

Well I see the stupid links aren't working.
