looks like its based on the 7950gx2 model.

i didnt like the 7950gx2 but it did play cod4 to the gears on top resoloution.

OK now this is funny. I just bought an 8800 GT and now a new card got announced.Typical my luck.

I don't like it. It's going to be hella expensive, and only about 30% better than an Ultra. Only the people who ran out to get a GTX or Ultra the day they were released are going to actually get this, i think. It's sorta dumb they're marketing an 8 series as a 9 series card anyways..
