Based on the specs I googled, you have an ATI on-board tuner w/ 256MB shared memory and an nVidia G-Force 6200 w/ 64MB memory. You also have a PCI x16 card slot available. It's a 32 bit Windows XP machine so you're confined to the 3GB RAM limit. You have a total of 4 DDR slots 2 are available.

This will give you the 2 GB of RAM you need.

Create a 1GB swap on your HD and you should be good to go!

I would go with the 9600GT. When it's overclocked it can outperform a stock 8800GT, and it would completely max out TF2 with 60 fps. WoW would probably get around 50 fps when maxed. I would go with either the 9600GT, 9800GT, or the ATi equivalents. Just make sure your power supply can handle it.

Ya im kinda new to computers. Do now about programing and related things, but when it comes to the guts im clueless. I know how to put ram in. so i would proably get the ram upgrade. And teh Card how do i no the power source needed?

What is the model of your power supply? Most graphics cards only require one or two 6-pin connectors like these

If you're not planning on buying and installing a new power supply, tell us the brand and model of your power supply and we can find a good video card to run on it.
