I have a Dell desktop that my dad is no longer using and I still have to get it to work because when I start it up it loads and then a black screen comes up and says that i'm missing a file but I plan to take it to a computer repair shop. Anyways, you know how the Dell case looks and I want to get a new case and maybe one with a piece or so that is clear so I can put some lights in there and I just need to be pointed in the right direction and some of the steps to do. Any help or ideas?

You'll probably run into trouble with dell motherboards, since they're not standard ATX ones. So you probably can't get a new case.

u could do everything ur self custom like it did. i made a custom plexy side panel for my Dell and added a bunch of lights, check it out to get some ideas.
