New Comp, Fix it COME ON!

Okay, I got an order for me to build a good computer with 2700 bucks, so i decided to do this:
Board: ASUS Striker Extreme
Memory: Corsair XMS2 1GB x 2
CPU: Intel e6700 2.67GHz (Therma Blue Orb)
Video Card: Evga GeForce GTX8800 Superclocked<- He asked me to put this in
Power: Thermaltake TP 850W
HD: 2 X 250GB WD Caviar SE
Floppy/Flash: Azio Multi-Card Reader BLACK
CD: 2 X Sony 18X DVD-RW BLACK
Chassis: Thermaltake Swing, Clear Side Panel
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 204B(20.1in)
Speaker: LogicT S200
Mouse & Key: LogicT MX Rev & G15
Anything you guys think should be fixed?

Hi, here's the things I would change:

1. 150GB Raptor + 320GB (or 250GB) instead of what you have now.
2. Samsung 226BW for about the same price (don't know where you shop), its 22" and 2ms
3. I would rather go down to a E6600 and buy some decent cooling for it and clock it higher than 3.0Ghz... but again I'm not sure if you wish to go through all this or not.

Thanks for price range for monitor(I had the monitor 204B that I got from my work during promotion.... hehe)
And I am not overclocking and Im getting E6700 for 200 bucks from my friend(He owns a store) and I was also told not to overclock(It reduces processor life, he wants to keep the comp more than 4 years...)
