new comp help

i am looking to build a new computer and not totally sure what to use. i am going to make a gaming computer but i will also be downloading a lot and using 3-d software so i will need a lot of speed so if i could please get so recommendations, thanks
 
Easy build as far as hardware, but tough call on the graphics card.

CAD cards are crap for gaming, and gaming cards are crap for CAD.
