New Computer acting very slow. Need Assistance! (SOS)

Well I just built my my new computer with my friends help, you can see my specs on my signature. I have it all stock and haven't OC the CPU yet. I did however OC my GPU but have set it back to default. Every time I watch a video on Youtube or Yahoo news, the video stream gets stock for like a second or half a second like a jitter, then picks up to where it should be, its not that it freezes because its buffering, but for some reason it freezes on some "Frames" and its just pretty noticeable. Not only that but some times when I'm on Facebook and I want to chat with someone using the Facebook chat, the words I'm typing have some delay to them? Overall my system has had this going on with it even on the Windows GUI like when clicking the Windows start button, however is less noticeable and less common there but still happens none the less. Some MMO games also seem as if my FPS had dropped significantly at times when before they wouldn't?
I don't have too much knowledge about computers so I don't know what it could be but I did check Administrative Events on Event Viewer and found a bunch of errors and warnings which I'm speculating could have something to do with my issue? or maybe have nothing to do at all, attached are the screenshots.
I do clean my computer once a week, I take the panels off and airdust all the inside components, maybe last time I did this some cable came loose? Hope you guys can help me, I just want to get my Beast back because I know is not normal for it to be like this (Its my Baby) NOTE: My ISP is Suddenlink Its like LAG, stutter, Delay on anything I run on my computer.

Have you scanned for viruses and malware? Have you tried reinstalling Windows? Have you tried checking your hard disk and memory for errors?

1) Scanned for Viruses and Malware ✔
2) Reinstalling Windows ✗
3) Not sure how to do that one.

I mean this thing has gotten so bad, that just a few minutes ago I tried running a heaven benchmark and the test would stutter, oddly enough it kept the frames at a normal level. I'm just trying to narrow it down, because I sure as He11 don't want to have to reinstall windows 7 and my 250GB of files.
I posted pictures on this Forum. I should have done it here also but its almost 3AM.

Oh and yes my NVIDIA drivers are Up to date. I even tried setting my BIOS settings to DEFAULT but didn't do nothing. What could it be? I mean FFS this thing has me panicking because it has my system running like crap. Help me out here "Spirit"

OK. Might be worth checking your RAM for errors with Memtest perhaps, or just reseat it and see if it's any better. Let the test run for about 8 hours, should be long enough.

your internet speed should be ok. Try playing a game and say me if it stutters to.
Yea this is ridiculous and quiet honestly I'm so frustrated about it that I'm starting to get pissed at the issue. I just played a match of League of Legends, and my FPS where dropping down to 40-45 with V-Sync on, Unbelievable! It has never being this way. Last night I attempted to run a Heaven benchmark test and even though the FPS were constant and stable on the meter, the Video was stuttering so bad, it was not fluid at all. Is there a way to set all the Asus Suite ii settings back to default? I went on the BIOS and thought I had set it to Default but didn't change nothing. And my knowledge is not that much to get all technical. All I want is to get my PC back and running like intended, and get the feeling back that i have an i7 3770K and a GTX 680, instead of feeling like I'm on AMD Athlon on a AMD 5870 card.... Sorry just very frustrated, my frustration is not intended towards any one here. Panicking a little to be honest, just want this issue resolved, and don't tell me to Install windows again plz :(

When your pc is off (psu active though). Place the jumper from pins 1+2 to 2+3. Leave it so for 5 seconds and place the jumper back to normal.
That would reset your bios, just start your pc then.

Here is where the jumper is located:

Okay awesome! I just unplugged my computer and gave it its weekly clean with airduster. While I had the side panels open I made sure that every connection was pushed all the way in. I also took out the CMOS battery and put it back in, not sure if that did the trick but I'm about to try to run Heaven see if the issue persist. If not then I will try what you said above. Thank you!

EDIT: The issue is still there, I just ran a heaven benchmark and it kept jittering every few frames, but interestingly with no Drops on FPS.

Can you give me the fps you're getting?

I'm wishy washy, I really thought it was my GPU but now I'm starting to think is not, cause those are decent scores for my card like you said. Here is my Cpu Temps and some other stuff.
