New Computer Build Help

I need to make a build for my friend with a $700 budget, $800 if its worth the extra cost. Looking for something that can last, play most games at high settings smoothly with your daily browsing etc etc.. Already have monitor, keyboard, mouse... Any suggestions? Thanks..

i think this is everything, and a choice for gpus, first is in his budget better and second is right at the 800 but will max any game out at 1080p and should for a little while longer, and both come with deus ex
