I was just going to upgrade a few parts to my computer as you can tell from my sig but I decided to build a new one. I have most of the parts except a motherboard.

Do you know of a good overclocking motherboard that will work with my ram and everything else I have and I would like the motherboard to be quad core ready and have 1333 FSB.

I have no idea when I will be buying this computer maybe at the end of June or mid July I dont know how much money I have coming in.

Yup, hit the nail on the head there, I was going to suggest that one!

Is that the one you have Kornowski?

And that motherboard doesnt support 1333 FSB it supports quad core but I will probably upgrade to the quad core sometime or the new core 2 duos that are going to be 1333 FSB.

No, I have the 965P-S3, same board though really, just doesn't have solid capacitors or something, I don't really know.

It does supposrt, 1333 FSB, it says so in big letters on the box :p

How come on newegg for this one it only says 1066/800 I know on some of the other gigabyte boards it says 1333 but not this one.

It could be that it's a different revision board, I have the 3.3 version, I don't know what revision the NewEgg one is though.

I may be wrong, but it says on the box of mine, supports FSB1333 CPUs.

Oh well ill see what happens if it doesnt support than when I want to upgrade ill just have to get a different motherboard.

What do you think of the rest of the build?

You'll love it Jack,especially coming up from a P4

Ya I know it will be 100x faster my pentium 4 is slow as hell for what I want it to do.

Do you think the powersupply I chose is a little overkill for my build. I would like to keep this build as cheap as possbile but still with good quality parts. Does anybody know of a cheaper powersupply that will run this build good.

never go cheap on a PSU, the heart of your PC! If you're thinking of an upgrade or maybe SLI, get one with big wattage and strong rails now.
