right now, the AMD x2 line of processors is much better than the intel line. I'd suggest an AMD X2 3800+ processor.
 
Change the RAM too if you are going to an AMD processor, they do not support DDR2 RAM yet! Everything else looks pretty nice by the way.
 
If you change your CPU, you'll also need to change your mobo (to a S939 mobo) & RAM (to ordinary DDR). Everything else looks good, though.
 
Your motherboard should comes with a SATA cable, so i dont think you really need to buy one. And as others have said, go with the AMD X2 line.
