New computer does nothing

You did plug in your case power switch to the right pins?

Did you switch the power supply on? 
Did you put all the standoffs under the board in the right places?
You put these under the board between the motherboard and case plate, only under the holes with grounding strips.
See the hole in the last photo with the metal ring, those are the ones you put standoffs under. It keeps your motherboard from grounding out against the case on the bottom. Hope you havent shorted your board out!
Only way to know is take the board out, install the standoffs, reinstall everything, double check everything and see if it will fire up.
I suppose it could if it shorted in the right place. Most of the time (if) it shorted anything out it would just be the board.

So, you didn't install the stand offs at all? Your motherboard is resting on the inside of your case?
WOOT fixed it works great!
I installed the standoffs and tried running with just cpu power and main mobo power connected and it worked so I redid everything and it turns out that me using a cable coming off the powersupply with a hardrive and fan cable was messing it up
