New computer for friend

I have a friend (P4 1.6GHz, 9200 PCI, 512mb RAM, etc) that needs a new computer (look at previous parentheses if you dont believe me) and he has about 1000 (US) dollars. He plays FSX, FEAR, and some older games, but once he gets this, he will play some better ones as well. Go for it. (if you could, get everything off of newegg)

i built it primarily for FSX and it runs in on medium-high to high

i also OCed my CPU to 2.5 with stock everything, and can help you and your friend build it cause i know it well

I imagined your friend probably wouldn't update anything for a while so I took that into account when building, but when cheaper DX10 cards and Quad-cores come out, he'll be ready!

Wanna give any reasons? Seasonic PSU's have low failure rates, and that case has 2 x 120 mm fans while the one you picked has one 80 mm and one 120 mm. If he wants to change the case for a few bucks here or there no big deal like you make it out to be.

dude that PSU doesent have any more than like 10 amps on the 12 v rail, u cant expect for that pc to work with only 8 or 9 amps....
