New Computer for Office

Hi guys,
I am building a computer for office use (so word, excel and such and occasional movies) and I have a brought idea of what should be in it. I'm planning to get an i3 (not sure which model) about WD 500GB of hdd, 2gb of ram, not sure about graphics or motherboard. What are your suggestions?

intel i3 530/540, with onboard vga (H55 mobo) will do.

However, I do recommend Athlon IIx4 635 + 880G chipset for your purpose
