new computer help please

Hi, I am looking to buy a new laptop, I stream a lot of tv shows and movies.
I have a dell inspiron 1150, celeron 2.6 ghz, 1 g ram. Satellite broadband 3mb up and down. Any time i try to watch streaming content, it loads fast enough, but while playing, glitches and stalls. Cpu is always running at 100% when streaming. Do i need a better laptop, faster processor?
Any help is really appreciated.

oh yeah a faster processor you need, trust me, i had celeron and to be honest, i won't even say it's a processor.
I got the 100% cpu usage too and i made a thread for it.
Simple apps can make celeron go haywire

thanks for your reply, If i just want to use the computer to stream video, would i be better buying a desktop or laptop, which is better value and speed.

it depends on what you want yourself, and also depends on the hardware of the desktop/laptop you want.Desktops are far better than laptops :D
