new computer internet is bad

Hi, I just got a new desktop

but the internet is very bad, it'll disconnect and frozen frequently

and my old one doesn't have this situation

I am thinking is it because I gave my old one to my brother(we are connecting to the same router), so the ip is crashed?

but I checked we have different ip, and the setting is "obtain server address automatically"

so I am not sure X~X

but if so, how can I fix it? or do I need to reset my router?
 
It's very possible that your new computer has a bad network port or some other issue. What router do you have?
 
I tried it before posting the discussion
and I even reset the cable box,
but I still got the same situation

now I connect my wire to cable, hope it'll go fine

Sounds like a Wireless issue, what is your model of Netgear? you might want to check your Wireless signal strength/change the channel to default from the settings within the Router. (Default gateway, 192.168.1.1/0.1 etc)
