Looks good. That PSU is more than you need, though, even if you intend to add a second 8800GTX the ST75ZF is more than sufficient.
 
Yea I do intend to put in the second 8800GTX. I couldn't find a power supply that was 850W on Newegg. So I am going with the ST75ZF from TigerDirect . If anyone has a better suggestion I'm all for it.

Just stick with a single 8800GTX. By the time you will see a difference between one and two 8800's, the cards will be at least half the current price.
