New computer problem

Don't really know what happened but I got a new mobo the same one as in my sign since the old one broke and I had to buy and new one now i have setup the same one with a 8800gts ko card and I can't see anything in the monitor but everything else is good monitor is pulged in any ideas thanx

god i feel like such an idot you know how it requires two power slots and everything I accidently left one out man Im a idot thanx "hits himself in the head"

maybe another bad mobo, make sure the card is seating into the slot on the mobo firmly, make sure cpu is in correctly

have u checked both VID out, have u checked the vid card in a differnt comptuer, have u checked it's seated properly, Is ur power supply meaty enough? theres many things that can stop monitor form turning on ... like is ur ram compatiable with ur new mobo(or do u mean u got the exact same mobo as ur old one?)

well after some testing I decide that it must be the video card so i sent it back thanx for the help guys
