New computer upgrading questions.

my budget i really dont want to spend over 200 for both the psu and the gpu

the games i truly want to be able to play is skyrim and possibly bf3

the psu you im looking for will be around 600-650watts
 
i like both of those but im stuck between getting the sapphire you mentioned and the xfx as mentioned above and im kinda thinking about maybe a geforce.
 
so i also came across another i would like to not necessarily upgrade but add to my desktop and that would be an ssd. I only have a few concerns. first i only want to use it for my OS which is currently installed on my 1tb 3.5 hdd that came with the computer. is there any way i could just move the os from that drive to the new ssd and use my 3.5 drive for data storage and what not? if so how would i go about doing that and what would be a good ssd for my stated purposes?
 
so i take that since i would need to rebuy my OS it would be a good opportunity to upgrade to a new motherboard.
